We're looking for you to join our team and help us build, scale, and improve Launchist. Whether you're focused on design, development, operations, or customer experience—you’ll play a key role in shaping how teams around the world plan and launch products.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative, remote-friendly team and contribute to a fast-growing product used by modern SaaS teams.

- Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver meaningful work
- Own tasks and projects from start to finish with autonomy and support
- Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment
- Continuously learn and improve both the product and your own craft
- Contribute to a culture of simplicity, clarity, and transparency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent self-driven experience)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience with modern tools in your area (design, dev, ops, etc.)
- A willingness to take ownership and figure things out
